1. How to purchase on efunnow?
  • Register an account and complete information;
  • Select products, add to cart and pay (supported payment methods are listed on the payment page);
  • After successful payment, the activation code will be sent to your mobile phone or email.
2. Can activation codes be used in other regions?
Some products are globally applicable, while others have regional restrictions. Please check the "Applicable Regions" on the product details page carefully before purchasing.
3. What to do if the account is frozen?
It may be due to abnormal transactions or violation of terms. You can contact customer service with your order number and related information to apply for unfreezing. The review will be completed within 1–3 business days.
4. How to check order status?
Log in to your account, check in "My Orders", or contact customer service with your order number for inquiry.
5. Can I change the bound mobile phone number/email?
Yes, you can submit a change application in "Account Settings". Verification of the original contact information is required, and the change will take effect after approval.
