1. Eligible Refund Scenarios
  • No activation code/gift card received after payment, verified as a system error by customer service.
  • Invalid activation code confirmed as a product issue (official invalidation proof required).
  • Product mismatch due to Platform errors (e.g., wrong version).
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • Activation code successfully used or linked to a personal account.
  • Issues due to user error (e.g., incorrect purchase, ignorance of rules, account bans by third parties).
  • Claims made more than 7 days after delivery (exceptions require valid proof).
3. Refund Process
  • Contact customer service ([email/phone]) with your order number, issue description, and relevant evidence (e.g., screenshot of invalid code).
  • Customer service will verify within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment account (processing times may vary by payment provider).
